Who am I?

I am a mum of lovely two (a 9-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy), a psychology graduate, a coeliac, and a qualified personal trainer.
I spent a couple of years experiencing constant pain and frustration following an injury sustained during running. It took me a while to start exercising and building up my mobility and strength to a point where I could pick up my daughter or carry a backpack without feeling pain.
All of this affected my mood - a lot - but now I am at the point where I want to get stronger and am excited to see where that will take me. Now I want to help you get out of your way too!
